From Israel’s vineyards to the inner circles of Napa Valley, Maayan has mastered winemaking at its highest level. Through his tenure alongside legendary winemakers at Screaming Eagle and Dalla Valle, he developed his unparalleled expertise in vineyard and cellar operations.
Joining the renowned consulting firm Melka in 2014, Maayan expanded his knowledge beyond traditional winemaking to design and implement complete winery facilities for clients. This multifaceted role combines his engineering background with hands-on production capabilities.
As director of winemaking at Vine Cliff 1871, Maayan’s analytical approach masterfully reveals what lies within our estate to meticulously craft wines destined to earn their place among the world’s finest collections. Under his focused direction every tête du cuvèe will represent not just exceptional winemaking but the fullest expression of our singular terroir.

As Estate Director for Vine Cliff 1871, Bryan oversees farming, production, sales, and marketing across the estate’s operations. His previous experience in luxury hospitality and concurrent role with Roy Estate provide a comprehensive approach to estate management that is unparalleled. Bryan ensures every element works toward producing wines worthy of the world’s finest cellars.

Craig brings the refined expertise of a Master Sommelier to his role as National Sales Director for Vine Cliff 1871. With over two decades of experience in fine dining, distribution and wineries, and an ongoing tenure at Roy Estate, Craig has the proven acumen to elevate Vine Cliff’s standing among discerning collectors.
